The Happy Scrappy Bug does not refund on “Change of Mind “purchases, we will however give a full refund or replace any faulty item/s. The faulty item/s must clearly show a manufacturing defect or the return will not be approved.
The customer will need to contact The Happy Scrappy Bug via email with a description and photo of the fault before the refund process can begin. It will then be determined if the product is faulty and how the claim with proceed. If the product needs to be returned The Happy Scrappy Bug will cover postal expenses for the customer.
