We charge a FLAT RATE for postage of $6.50 for all parcels sent via regular post and offer FREE postage for all orders over $65.00.
All of our parcels are packed securely to help avoid any damage to your order. In saying this though we cannot accept responsibility for any lost of damaged parcels during transit , so if you require registered post for your parcel please select the ask for quote section in checkout and we will adjust your postage charge to include this method.

POSTAGE TIMES
Once payment has been received all parcels will be packed & dispatched within a 2 day period. Please add this to the delivery time for your parcel. All parcels are sent from Western Australia so please allow approx 10-14 WORKING days for your parcel to arrive if using regular post. Of course if you have any concerns about your parcel during transit please send us an email and we can answer your questions.
PAYMENT METHODS

* Money Orders
* COD for local WA customers , we are located in Dianella so if you are located close to us then we may be able to organise free delivery or local pick up for you.( please email to see if you are in our FREE delivery area )
RETURNS
We are more than happy to refund or credit you for any faulty item, just send us an email to explain the problem and we will get a replacement item to you or refund you for the faulty item. In some cases we may require the faulty item to be sent back to us ( return postage will be credited to you ) or we may just ask for a photo or scan of the item to be emailed to us so that we can identify the fault and follow up on any quality control issues that may need to be done from our end. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit at the fault of Austrailia Post. |
